Job brief

We are looking for an experienced SharePoint Developer with 4 to 5 years of expertise in managing SharePoint environments, both on-premises and online, as well as proficiency in Nintex and PowerApps. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SharePoint technologies and a proven track record of developing, configuring, and maintaining SharePoint solutions to meet organizational needs.

Responsibilities

• SharePoint Development and Customization:
  • Design, develop, and customize SharePoint solutions, including intranet sites, document management systems, and collaboration platforms.
  • Create and maintain SharePoint web parts, workflows, and applications to enhance functionality and user experience.
  • Develop and maintain SharePoint applications using SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and PowerApps.
• Nintex Workflow Automation:
  • Design, develop, and optimize business workflows using Nintex Workflow and Forms to automate processes and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with business units to identify workflow automation opportunities and implement Nintex solutions.
• PowerApps Development:
  • Build custom PowerApps applications to streamline business processes and enhance user productivity.
  • Integrate PowerApps with SharePoint and other Microsoft 365 services to create comprehensive solutions.
• Configuration and Integration:
  • Configure SharePoint services and features to align with organizational requirements.
  • Integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft Office 365 services, such as Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Power Automate.
  • Work on third-party integrations to ensure data consistency and integrity.
• Documentation and Training:
  • Create and maintain documentation for SharePoint, Nintex, and PowerApps configurations, processes, and best practices.
  • Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders, enabling them to effectively utilize these technologies.
• Collaboration and Communication:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their requirements and translate them into SharePoint, Nintex, and PowerApps solutions.
  • Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.

Requirements

• 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in SharePoint development, administration, Nintex, and PowerApps development.
• Proficiency in SharePoint on-premises (SharePoint Server), SharePoint Online, Nintex Workflow, Nintex Forms, and PowerApps.
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint Designer, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), and PowerShell scripting.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and cloud-based SharePoint solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
