We are seeking a talented Power BI Developer to join our team. As a Power BI Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions using Microsoft Power BI. You will work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, design data models, create interactive reports and dashboards, and ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Dashboard Development: Design, develop, and maintain interactive PowerBI dashboards that provide comprehensive insights into financial performance, enabling data-driven decision-making.
• Data Integration: Collaborate with various teams to seamlessly integrate data from multiple sources, including ERP systems, databases, and spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
• Customization: Tailor PowerBI solutions to meet the unique needs of different business units, providing customized reporting and analysis.
• Data Security: Implement and maintain robust data security measures to protect sensitive financial information in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize dashboards for speed and efficiency, ensuring real-time access to financial data and a seamless user experience.
• Analytical Insight: Leverage your financial acumen and analytical skills to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and ensure effective communication of insights.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing PowerBI solutions, with a strong focus on finance dashboards.
• Proficiency in PowerBI, including data modeling, DAX calculations, and advanced visualization techniques.
• Solid understanding of finance principles and metrics.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex PowerBI projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of data security best practices.
• Relevant certifications in PowerBI are a plus.
