We are seeking a highly experienced Senior MS CRM Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Microsoft CRM and its various modules, as well as extensive experience in implementing, customizing, and optimizing MS CRM solutions to meet the specific needs of our clients. The Senior MS CRM Consultant will play a crucial role in helping our clients leverage MS CRM to enhance customer relationships, streamline business processes, and drive growth.

Responsibilities

  • Consultation and Analysis: Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements, goals, and objectives, and provide expert advice on how MS CRM can address these needs.
  • Customization and Configuration: Design, configure, and customize MS CRM solutions to align with the unique processes and requirements of each client.
  • Implementation: Lead MS CRM implementation projects, ensuring successful deployment, data migration, and user training.
  • Integration: Integrate MS CRM with other systems, such as ERP software, marketing automation tools, and third-party applications.
  • Workflow Automation: Develop and optimize workflows and automation processes within MS CRM to enhance operational efficiency.
  • User Training: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure they can effectively use MS CRM to improve their daily tasks.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform system testing, identify issues, and implement solutions to ensure the reliability and performance of MS CRM systems.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, customizations, and processes for future reference and client knowledge transfer.
  • Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest MS CRM updates, best practices, and industry trends, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for expansion and additional services.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in MS CRM consulting and implementation.
  • Microsoft CRM certification is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including various modules (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, etc.).
  • Proficiency in customization, configuration, and integration of MS CRM.
  • Experience with data migration and system integration.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Project management experience is beneficial.
